What if I exceed my page view limit?
Bunting is priced based on the number of page views and emails you send every month. You can see your pricing plan by clicking here, or by clicking on the page views link at the top right hand corner of the Bunting admin panel. Whenever you exceed a price plan level your bill for the end of the month will automatically change to that on the next level.
Can I put a cap on the maximum amount I spend?
Yes, you can. Go to your account settings page and you will see an option called ‘Service Cap’, which you can use to set the maximum plan level you wish to go to. Be warned however; placing a cap on Bunting may cause interruption to your website personalisation service and your protection from click fraud, should you reach your maximum cap quota.
